We design mechanical products based upon our clients ideas or current products. For the last 9 years we have used the latest 3D Cad technology to create digital models of automotive and consumer products. Using these models we can then apply loads or heat to find out about deflections and stress or animate complex mechanisms to check for clashes. It is like having a digital prototype and workbench all in one. Finally when we are happy that the design is good, it is quick to create a set of drawings from the models
